Hourly Pay Range: $31.06 - $46.59 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Perinatal Family Support Specialist Location: Evanston, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Required Travel: May be required to travel to Highland Park when needed We are currently seeking a Perinatal Family Support Specialist; the primary site is Evanston Hospital, with some coverage at Highland Park Women’s Hospital, on occasion, if needed. Our program works closely with a multidisciplinary team supporting in and out-patient high-risk pregnant and postpartum teens and adults, neonates, pediatric patients, and their families.…
