About this role

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for a Research Fellow position to support a MOE Tier 2 research project examining how Generative AI output design can enhance higher-order AI literacy, critical evaluation capabilities, and workplace performance among knowledge workers. The project sits at the intersection of AI literacy, human-AI interaction, workplace learning, and the future of work, and aims to develop evidence-based design principles for responsible and effective use of Generative AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and conduct quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research studies related to AI literacy and human-AI interaction.
