About the Role Nuro is looking for a People Systems Analyst to drive Workday operations, reporting, and workforce analytics for our People Operations team. You will own production support alongside two other analysts, build dashboards and analytics for leadership, and keep core people operations running. We are a lean, high-impact team that has invested heavily in AI-powered automation, and we are looking for someone who brings real Workday experience but thrives in a scrappy, fast-paced environment where you build, iterate, and ship.
