About the Role Nurses UK is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care on temporary assignments. You will work alongside local healthcare teams, adapting to different care settings while maintaining patient safety, dignity and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ needs and plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred nursing care. Administer medication and treatments within your competence and in line with local policies. Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate records and promptly escalate concerns. Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
