About this role

Compensation Range: Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00 Position Summary The School Certifying Official (SCO) is responsible for advising and assisting students to navigate the use of their Veteran Education Benefits (VEB), certifying student enrollment statuses to the Department of Veterans Affairs, and liaising with students, other University teams, and the Veteran’s Affairs. SCOs provide exceptional customer service and quality responses to eligible veterans, civilians, military students, and family members applying for and receiving VEB. Duties are performed with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, customer service, compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies, and adherence to University policies and procedures.…
