About this role
We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude. Job Description 1. 擔任所轄機種之製程Owner，負責從NPI試產到量產移轉的製程規劃與問題收斂。 2. 主導MD前期設計檢討（DFM）：組裝性、反向組裝風險、螺絲／卡扣／膠材、拆殼重工風險、AVI與防錯可行性。 3. 主導Level 3～4異常之跨部門根因分析與永久對策，並確保橫向展開至同平台機種。 4. 規劃並驗收治具、設備、AVI／EAP需求，確保量產適用性與可維護性。 5. 建立並維護製程標準文件（SOP／CP／PFMEA），主導量產移轉Gate檢核。 6. 指導G6～G8工程師與技術員，建立能力備援（每項關鍵能力至少兩人）。 Education Work Experience Language Skills Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)、 Minitab Statistical Software
