About this role
We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude. Job Description 1.專案計劃與執行： -負責與PM共同制定產品專案試製及量產計劃確保各項目標和里程碑明確。 -執行與跟進新產品導入，確保符合公司流程， 使新產品順利量產。 -執行客戶、BU ECN變更及久未生產專案管理， 使如期正確導入滿足客戶或BU要求。 2.專案資源協調與管理： -協助提前申請、協調專案所需的資源，包括人力、物料和設備。 -協助管理試產成品、半成品、原物料報廢與呆滯料庫存金額，有效降低報廢或呆滯料金額損失。 3.品質控制： -協助處理生產過程中的重大品質異常，確保產品符合公司標準,以便生產順利進行。 -每日執行三現(現場/現物/現時)並參與生產日會，掌握與更新客戶來訪/稽核計畫/重大專案的進度。. 4.跨部門合作： -與BU、生產、工程、品保等部門合作，確保產品生產符合公司品質標準， 成本效益,出貨達成。 5.客戶/BU溝通的主要視窗， -客戶/BU溝通的主要視窗，負責整合工廠內部相關配合單位的資訊及對策。 -協助客戶來訪工廠相關準備工作.…
