About this role
This role is based out of our Mumbai office and will require a minimum of 60% travel. The targeted annual compensation for this role is 12-15 LPA (CTC). About the Role: As a Training Manager, you are responsible for providing expertise to assist the sales team and sales leaders in developing new courses and presentations for field trainings. Collaborate with sales, marketing, programs and digital teams to understand their training needs and build the appropriate training materials for their needs. Support onboarding and ongoing education for sales leaders through Learning Management Systems, workshops, and in-person trainings.…
