Patient Financial Services Representative The Patient Financial Services Rep will take inbound and outbound calls regarding payments and complaints and answer questions per patient. The Patient Financial Services Rep will coordinate payment arrangements, address concerns, and explain EOBs to the patient. They will also pull a daily report from GoRev, reviewing accounts with outstanding balances and providing itemized billing ledgers and medical records upon request. Responsibilities and Duties: Explains in and out-of-network benefits. Provides excellent customer service to de-escalate irate patients. Review payment posting and explanation of payments. Review accounts thoroughly to ensure the patient was billed properly. Set up payment plans for patients.…
