WORK OPTION: The NBA currently provides eligible employees the option of working remotely one day per week. _________________ Position Summary The People Analytics Analyst reports to the People Analytics & Reporting Lead and is responsible for support to the NBA People Analytics team. This role administers surveys and produces reporting across the HR reporting portfolio to assist in enabling HR as a key driver of the organization to help achieve business objectives, drive more effective business decisions and improve employee experience.
