Import Operations • Coordinate import shipments from suppliers and intercompany locations. • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs authorities for smooth clearance. • Review import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin and other applicable documents. • Track shipment status from dispatch at origin until delivery to the plant/warehouse. • Coordinate customs clearance and resolve documentation-related issues.…
