WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient performance of equipment and facilities. Supervise and lead a team, providing mentorship, training, and support. Lead core maintenance metrics (Mean Time To Repair & Mean Time Between Failure). Manage the Daily Management System for the maintenance department. Partner with the EHS leader to enforce workforce safety (LOTO, Machine Guarding, etc.).…
