Job Description: The Consultant I, Professional Services is responsible for assisting clients in meeting their organizational goals and objectives. This role will work both independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and are recognized as subject matter experts (SMEs) in the company’s solutions, best practice configurations and workflows. Render consulting services at client sites, corporate offices, and remotely. Provide consultative advice, recommendations, and solutions to clients reflective of best practice processes and workflows. Perform and document Discovery for new implementations, used to determine client specific configurations and workflows. Build, configure, maintain and edit best practice workflows to meet specific client needs.…
