About this role

Job Description: Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networking systems and associated operating systems. Help to manage routers and establish connectivity to client sites. Manage switches, VLANs, dedicated circuits, VPN's firewalls and backup devices. Designs and manages IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, power management, security, LAN, WAN and disaster recovery systems etc. Provide remote/on-site support, as required when issues are escalated from the support desk. Independently troubleshoots LAN and WAN problems by applying a scientific methodology to resolve the problem promptly and cost-effectively.…
