About this role
工作职责 开发和优化面向SoC研发流程的AI智能工具。 参与基于Microsoft Copilot Studio、Power Platform及生成式AI技术的数字员工解决方案设计与实施。 使用Power Automate、Python、API等技术开发流程自动化工具。 协助构建具备自主执行能力的工程AI Agent。 参与AI知识库建设，包括RAG（检索增强生成）等知识管理解决方案开发。 开发和验证面向Outlook、Teams、Excel、SharePoint等企业应用的自动化工作流。 对AI工具进行功能测试、性能验证和用户体验评估。 开发仪表盘、报表和数据分析工具，支持AI应用效果评估。 与设计、验证、DFT、BE、ANA等工程团队合作，发掘自动化和智能化应用场景。 编写技术文档、用户指南和最佳实践材料。 任职要求 本科、硕士或博士在读，专业包括但不限于： 计算机科学 软件工程 人工智能 电子工程 自动化 数据科学 相关理工科专业 对AI技术和流程自动化具有浓厚兴趣。 具备Python编程基础。 了解生成式AI、大语言模型（LLM）、Agent或RAG等相关概念。 熟悉软件开发或自动化工具者优先。 具备良好的分析与问题解决能力。 良好的沟通协作能力。 学习能力强，愿意探索新技术。 具备以下经验者优先： Microsoft Power Platform、Power Automate、Copilot Studio或Azure AI相关经验。 AI应用开发或自动化项目实践经验。 REST API及云服务开发经验。 机器学习、大语言模型相关项目经验。 对半导体或SoC开发流程有一定了解。 More information about NXP in Greater China... #LI-6650
