About this role
設備維修（Troubleshooting & Repair） 依據產線異常狀況，立即進行設備故障排除與修復，確保生產不中斷。 執行設備的初步診斷作業，並完成維修處置。 設備保養（Preventive Maintenance） 依照預防性保養計劃進行定期維護，降低設備故障率。 檢查機台運作狀況，紀錄維護結果並提出改善建議。 異常回報與維修紀錄（Documentation） 在系統中確實紀錄維修／保養過程，確保資料完整與可追溯。 對重大異常即時回報工程師或主管，並協助後續處理。 安全與品質（Safety & Quality） 嚴格遵守廠區安全規範，確保維護作業安全無虞。 維修後確認設備運作狀態，確保品質穩定、避免影響良率。 輪班支援（Shift Support） 配合生產需求進行固定輪班，確保設備隨時保持可用狀態。 協助其他部門處理設備相關問題，維持生產線效能。 #LI-DNI
