About this role
Develop and execute long term, market-based Sourcing Strategies for Facility Management, Real Estate and Utilities. Apply industrial engineering knowledge to the evaluation of facility management equipment and systems to drive lowest total cost of operations for NXP locations. Lead the sourcing for assigned commodity groups and develop sourcing strategies, including risk mitigation options, and negotiation strategies to contribute to organizational goals. Negotiate, review and execute procurement contracts and agreements that clearly identify intent and responsibility, and assure compliance with all appropriate legal requirements. Provide information of market trends and benchmark data for the assigned commodity groups and feedback to the supply base team to contribute to NXP success.…
