DDR Functional Validation Engineer

As part of an SoC validation team, the candidate will be required to perform LPDDR/DDR functional validation of various SoC products. The validation may include controller level and sub-system level directed or stress testing and may be performed on various platforms such as pre-silicon emulation models and post-silicon validation boards. The validation may also include LPDDR interface and protocol validation under process/voltage/temperature conditions. The candidate will be expected to understand overall SoC architecture and various SoC components in general and LPDDR/DDR in particular.
