About this role

· Manage direct labor agency for hiring process of daily operator and Technician to meet business clients requirement. · Manage direct labor Head count not over RFF target, base on control DL movement headcount report by monthly basic. · Manage full cycle recruiting process for DL Hiring both extranal and internal hiring · Manage gratuity, early retirement and retirement program · Coordinate with Global agency to support Foreigner employees and family for action Visa and Work permit related. · Company document need to be updated for submit with Government (Company license.
