About this role

Operates, maintains, installs, repairs, and troubleshoots "all" site facilities systems. Operates and maintains site FMCS and BAS automation systems. Performs preventative, predictive, and RCM maintenance on "all" site facilities systems. Must work across "all" specialties/disciplines in performance of PMs, corrective maintenance, trouble calls, design, project management, system startup and commissioning, vendor interface, contract coordination, and inspection activities. Participates in technical training in advanced technical areas. Maintains and updates operating procedures. Participates in emergency facilities activities, site wide. May perform air-balancing requirements for factory and office space personnel. May perform minor pipefitting maintenance, repairs, and installations.…
