About this role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Program Manager (SerDes Networking Solutions) to build, lead, and scale the Program Management function for our SerDes Networking Solutions business. In this role, you will be accountable for end‑to‑end program management across product definition, execution and customer engagement, while shaping portfolio, resource, and execution governance in a fast‑growing, post‑acquisition environment. You will act as a key member of the Product Line leadership team, driving execution excellence, and ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology roadmaps and customer commitments.
