About this role

Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership — Create and execute account strategies that drive sustainable growth across assigned automotive OEM/Tier 1 accounts. Customer Engagement — Maintain regular engagement with customer engineering, purchasing, and program management teams. Program Management — Manage long-term automotive programs across design-in, SOP, production, and lifecycle phases. Opportunity Development — Identify and qualify new design-in and socket opportunities aligned to customer vehicle platforms and roadmaps. CRM & Pipeline — Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) data, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
