Being part of the NXP Design Enablement (DE) global team as a Master Student offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of semiconductor design, software engineering, and AI innovation. In this role, you will: Develop an AI-Agent that will use an internal device exploration and characterization tool to evaluate trade-offs between performance, mismatch, area, power, and technology options. Learn about device optimization, process and design-space exploration, operating-condition checks to support transistor-level design decisions. Help establish, together with the NXP team, efficient, best-in-class methodologies that support NXP design centers worldwide.
