About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused People Local Rewards to support rewards operations across Southern Europe (primarily France, Spain and oversee Italy). Key Responsibilities Deliver reward processes and annual reward cycles across Southern Europe. Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Lead or contribute to local, regional, and global reward projects. Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation survey data. Partner with external benefits providers and brokers. Collaborate with Local People Partners, People Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Works Councils. Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
