About the Role NXP is seeking a motivated Project Engineer / Project Management Intern to support facilities, infrastructure, and site development projects at our Chandler semiconductor manufacturing campus. This position provides hands-on experience supporting project planning, execution, and reporting while working alongside project managers, facilities engineers, operations teams, and other site stakeholders. The selected candidate will gain exposure to engineering project management within a high-tech manufacturing environment and will own a defined project or improvement initiative throughout the internship, culminating in a final presentation to site leadership.…
