About this role
1. 負責產線日常運作與人員管理，確保生產流程高效且順暢 2. 帶領並指導現場作業人員，進行工作分配與進度掌控 3. 即時處理並追蹤生產異常，並向主管及相關部門回報 4. 推動生產效率提升與品質改善計畫，持續優化作業流程 5. 撰寫、整理並維護生產相關報表，確保資料正確性與即時性 6. 依公司政策執行現場管理，包括 5S、安全規範及品質標準 7. 可配合四班二輪固定早班出勤 (07:15-19:15，做二休二) 8. 同時管理外籍移工出勤與訓練，需具備基礎英語溝通能力 #LI-DNI
