Our NYP Transfer Center Patient Flow Specialists utilize streamlined transfer processes to facilitate fast access to our specialized providers and services. Patients are triaged to the appropriate NYP Campus, Hospital Service, and Level of Care based on an initial intake and ongoing discussion among members of the care teams.…
