Kit Assembly Specialist Department: Operations / Fulfillment Reports to: Fulfillment Supervisor or Warehouse Manager Employment type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) About the role We're looking for a detail-oriented Kit Assembly Specialist to build product kits, bundles, and subscription boxes accurately and efficiently. You'll follow bills of materials and work instructions to pick, assemble, package, and label kits that ship directly to our customers or to retail partners. Accuracy and consistency are the heart of this job, since every kit you build is a customer's first impression of our brand.
