Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full time Monday-Friday, Family Medicine Provider Float position. This position will have a home base at our UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street site and travel would be limited to assigned practices within a 30-mile radius of the home base practice- Upper Front St, Greene, and Clinton Street Medical Centers.
