About this role

Position Overview The Financial Counselor serves as the health care facility’s primary contact to provide financial counseling to all insured patients for purposes of securing prepayment in full or within 30 days of any patient liability. Liability includes any financial responsibility such as co-payment, deductible and co-insurance.
