Position Overview The Med/Surg Observation Registered Nurse provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment focused on short‑stay evaluation and acute medical needs. The RN independently assesses, plans, delegates, coordinates, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a group of patients, serving as a primary or accountable nurse based on unit needs and patient acuity.
