Physicians Choice Home Health is a worker-owned Home Health Agency serving the South Bay and Southeast LA. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced clinical leader to make sure every patient we serve gets safe, high-quality, compassionate care. You'll also have a real voice in how we deliver it, and a real stake in the outcome. This is our agency's top clinical leadership role. As our Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS), you'll be the clinical executive designated under California Title 22 and the CMS Conditions of Participation.
