About this role

Requisitos: Titulado en Psicología Organizacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Ciencias de la Educación, o carreras afines a las ciencias del comportamiento humano en contextos organizacionales. Formación complementaria en coaching, seguridad basada en el comportamiento (BBS), o liderazgo operativo. Colegiatura vigente según corresponda a la carrera base. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en programas de cambio de comportamiento, liderazgo operativo, entrenamiento en campo o coaching en entornos de trabajo de alto riesgo (minería, energía, construcción, oil & gas, transmisión eléctrica o sectores equivalentes).…
