About this role

Requisitos: Formación académica: Titulado(a) en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines. Experiencia: Mínima de 5 años como Coordinador o Líder de Calidad en campo, en el rubro de aseguramiento y control de calidad (acreditada mediante contratos, certificados y/o constancias de trabajo). Licencia de conducir: Brevete Tipo AI (Deseable / No obligatorio). Competencias requeridas: Liderazgo de equipos, orientación a resultados, comunicación asertiva y capacidad de gestión. Funciones Principales: Liderar, planificar y supervisar la ejecución del programa de inspección de calidad en campo. Liderar y coordinar directamente un equipo de aproximadamente 15 personas.
