Wir skalieren unsere interne und externe Montage in Rekordgeschwindigkeit und suchen dafür keine klassischen QM-Prüfer, sondern Business Builder. Als unser Installation Quality Lead (w/m/d) bist du das „Schweizer Taschenmesser“ in unserem Business Development. Deine Mission: Du entwickelst das QM-System von der ersten Skizze bis zur industriellen Reife, machst unsere Qualität skalierbar und baust dein eigenes Team auf, sobald die Metriken stimmen. Keine QM-Vorerfahrung? Kein Problem. Wenn du Prozesse liebst, analytisch brennst und Lust auf echten Impact hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig.
