About this role

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Ad Tech & Platform Operations (Primary Focus) • Own the ad-tech stack: Configure, manage, and optimize Google Ad Manager (GAM) and SpringServe for all Vietnam market inventory. • Inventory & yield management: Set up ad units, pricing rules, deal structures, and yield optimization strategies across programmatic and direct-sold channels. • Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve delivery discrepancies, pacing issues, latency problems, and reporting mismatches with urgency and precision. • Programmatic infrastructure: Configure SSP/DSP integrations, header bidding setups, and deal IDs (PMP, programmatic guaranteed) in coordination with global tech teams.…
