About this role
Position Overview: Performs daily operations which may include: mold machine operation, assembly of blinds, assembly of insulated glass, final packaging of door glass, pulling various components from the supermarkets. Contributes to continuous improvement of operations by submitting and supporting improvement ideas relative to safety, quality, delivery and cost. The Assembler Level II is responsible for the following criteria: Meets cycle times consistently Demonstrates understanding and application of quality criteria Demonstrates ability to follow processes Cross trained in multiple stations/lines Essential Job Functions: Ensures that safety procedures are followed, required protective equipment used, and checklists are completed on a daily basis.…
