About this role
Novotel Valencia Lavant, hotel 4* Superior de reciente apertura con 370 habitaciones y una operativa de alta exigencia. Buscamos un/a Oficial/a de Mantenimiento para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, con foco en prevención, rapidez de respuesta y calidad de servicio (contrato Fijo Discontinuo). Sus principales funciones son: Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones del hotel (habitaciones, zonas comunes, áreas técnicas y back of house). Diagnosticar averías y realizar reparaciones en electricidad básica, fontanería, carpintería, pintura, cerrajería y pequeños arreglos generales. Apoyar en la supervisión básica de equipos e instalaciones: climatización (HVAC), ACS, bombas, cuadros eléctricos, iluminación, grupos de presión, etc.…
