Job Description: End-to-End Ownership: Command the full lifecycle of plant HR operations, from manpower planning and contract workforce recruitment (operators, technicians, engineers) to seamless onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit management. Vibrant Engagement : Cultivate a highly engaged work culture that champions Ohmium's inclusive work environment. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries with fairness and empathy.
