About this role
Job Description: Handling the Contract Manufacturing QA for EMS, Cable harness and Unit assembly. Define supplier quality requirements for PCBs, PCBA, electronic components, Power electronics product and Cable harness services. Conduct supplier audits, qualification, and performance reviews. Manage incoming quality issues and drive supplier corrective actions. Oversee quality control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, wave soldering, Conformal coating, Cable harness and final assembly. Conducting and owning the FAI for PCBA, Cable harness and Unit level build. Define and monitor critical process parameters and inspection checkpoints. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone, FMEA.…
