About this role

Description As Engineering Manager for our Amsterdam-based Savings & Investments engineering team, you will own the day-to-day leadership, delivery, and development of a team of senior engineers working on the core of our platform. You will report directly to the S&I Engineering Director and work closely with our S&I Architect, product specialists, and client-facing teams. This is a people-first leadership role . You will be expected to build a high-performing, motivated team, drive delivery with clarity and accountability, and create the conditions for your engineers to do their best work.
