About this role

Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Director, Power Business Real Estate to join our team. Position Description The Director, Power Business Real Estate owns all site control activities for Oklo's Aurora powerhouse development pipeline. Site control is the first gate in the development lifecycle and a prerequisite for every downstream discipline. Over time, you will lead a team of Senior Land Managers and Analysts responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing sites across multiple geographies. You report to the VP of Origination and coordinate closely with the VP of Development, Director of Project Development, and Oklo's Environmental & Permitting team on site feasibility and regulatory compatibility.…
