Reviews and ensures conformance with underwriting policies, guidelines, and procedures by subordinate underwriters. Recommends changes in underwriting policies and procedures. Underwrites the large or more complex risks or provides final approval for those underwritten by subordinates. Minimum Requirements: Namibian Citizen, NQF level 7 tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Admin or Economics 5-10 years of Short-Term Insurance experience. 2-3 Years of Supervisory experience Insurance or a professional qualification will be an added advantage, e.g.…
