CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION Job Description: The Escrow Processor is responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract receipt through closing. This role ensures all necessary documentation is collected, title issues are resolved, and files are prepared accurately and efficiently for closing while providing exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys. *THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OUR VALPARAISO OFFICE* Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process new title orders.
