MAIN TASKS: Provide support to the sales and functional team in assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: Solution design, estimation, and assumptions. Support the PM/DM in technical leadership on the project, bringing comprehensive technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solution to meet the project's functional demands.
