About this role
Wen wir suchen: Du übernimmst die operative und strategische Führung sowie Umsetzung von Data- und AI-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management Team. Du verantwortest die End-to-End-Implementierung von Data- und AI-Plattformen – von Architekturdesign über Entwicklung bis hin zum produktiven Deployment. Du entwickelst skalierbare Backend-Services, Datenpipelines und moderne AI-Anwendungen, einschließlich LLM- und agentenbasierter Systeme. Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in klare technische Konzepte und stellst deren effiziente Umsetzung in agilen Teams sicher.
