Position Title: Budget Analyst Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Hybrid) Active Secret Security Clearance Required U.S. Citizenship is Required Position Overview OMNI is seeking a Budget Analyst to support Department of the Air Force and Space Force programs through Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities. The selected candidate will provide budget planning, financial execution, acquisition reporting, and funds management support to program leadership. Key Responsibilities Support PPBE activities, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, budget formulation, and budget execution. Prepare and brief budget exhibits, Staffer Day materials, Spring Program Reviews (SPR), Investment Budget Reviews, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).…
