About this role

Job Description: This role will be responsible for supporting and executing scalable processes, systems, and analytics that drive retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Renewal Reps, Revenue Operations GEO leads, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to help ensure a seamless and predictable renewal experience.
