RESPONSIBILITIES Lead process optimization and operational excellence initiatives across dry mineral processing operations to improve efficiency, reliability, throughput, and cost performance. Provide process engineering support for CAPEX projects, including process design, flowsheet development, equipment selection, equipment sizing, commissioning, and start-up activities. Actively contribute to the development and industrialization of innovative process technologies and new products. Analyze plant performance, conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analyses, and implement sustainable process improvements. Drive data-driven process optimization using advanced analytics, digital monitoring tools, process modelling, and statistical analysis techniques.…
