About this role
BASIC FUNCTION: Based at our Lucerne Valley, CA production facility, will oversee multiple locations and teams, including plants in Arizona and Kansas, as well as sales and support staff located in California. Responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources processes, providing integrated HR solutions for the needs of internal clients taking into account the corporate policies of training and development, employee relations, compensation, recruiting and retention, etc., while abiding by all applicable current legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify learning & development requirements and prepare development plans for employees. Organize and conduct orientation for new hires.
